POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
5 - 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 stack Ritz crackers
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
8 oz. container sour cream
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook chicken, cool and chop into bite size pieces. Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan with chicken pieces. Mix soups and sour cream (no water). Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and sprinkle over mixtures. Melt butter and add poppy seeds, then pour over top.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
