NEEDHAMS 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. hot unseasoned mashed potato
1 lb. 10X confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. pkg. flaked coconut
1/2 cake paraffin wax
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Melt butter into hot potato, adding sugar, vanilla, and coconut. Spread into 8 x 8 pan making layer 1/2 inch thick. Cool in refrigerator, cut into small squares and dip using toothpicks to help.

Melt was and chocolate over double boiler. Dip candy and let harden on wax paper.
