BRIAN'S SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1 c. pecan nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Nestle Quik
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Blend well butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, sifted flour, baking powder and sour cream. Set aside and prepare icing. Mix together pecan nuts, cinnamon, Nestle Quik and brown sugar.

In angel food baking pan, pour in 1/2 of your cake mix then 1/2 of your topping and repeat again. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
