CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
2 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (wafers)
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted

Press above ingredients into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
8 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. sm. chocolate chips

Mix and beat the above ingredients. Spread on cool crust.

TOPPING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 c. Nestle Quik cocoa mix

Mix together and spread on top of filling. Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.
