FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz. bag Hershey-Nestle's semi-sweet)
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 300 degrees.

CRUMB CRUST:

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. Hershey cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter

Prepare crumb crust and set aside. In medium bowl combine all crumb ingredients and mix. Press firmly into bottom of springform pan.

In heavy saucepan (double boiler) melt chips, stirring constantly. In large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add chocolate chips and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour, 5 minutes (300 degrees) or until center is set (center can be jiggerly). Cool. Chill.
