CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 packets Nestle's Choco bake, pre-melted chocolate flavor
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, cocoa, and melted butter together. Pat in bottom and halfway up sides of spring form pan (9 inch).

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, yolk, and milk just until combined. Stir in chocolate. Pour into pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until center seems nearly set when shaken. Cool for 15 minutes then run knife around edges of pan to loosen crust. Cool another 30 minutes and remove sides of pan. Chill at least 4 hours.
