CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 c. milk

Melt butter; add flour, pepper, salt and paprika. Stir until blended. Slowly add milk. Cook until smooth and thickened.

Boil cabbage in salt water until almost done. Drain well. Pour into casserole. Cover with white sauce and bread crumbs. Brown in oven.
