ITALIAN SEASONED VEGETABLES 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (15 oz.) butter beans (drained)

In a large saucepan combine spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 20 to 30 minutes; stir often. Add beans; heat through. Makes 8 servings.
