CHICKEN RICE CURRY 
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. raw rice
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. curry powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of mushroom soup

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours.

Chicken broth may be substituted for part of the milk.
