PECAN TASSIES 
DOUGH:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour

Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temperature. Blend together. Stir in flour. Chill about one hour. Shape in 2 dozen 1" balls. Place in small muffin pans. Press dough against sides and bottom.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. broken pecans
