BAKED NOODLES AND CHEESE 
8 oz. cooked noodles
2 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Layer noodles and 2 cups of the cheese alternately in a large, shallow baking pan or 2 quart casserole. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over noodles and cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over the top; dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
