CORN BEEF AND NOODLE BAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (wide) 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 1/4 lb. American cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. milk 3/4 c. buttered cracker crumbs Cook noodles according to directions. Mix milk with cream of chicken soup. Add onion and grated cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Crumble corned beef into soup mixture and add noodles. Place in casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
