JANET'S BEST BEEF AND NOODLE
BAKE
 
2 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
3 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (6 oz.) can French's fried onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef with mushrooms. Drain off grease. Boil noodles and drain.

Mix meat and noodles together and place in casserole dish. Mix dairy sour cream and mushroom soups together. Pour over the top of meat and noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle fried onions and cheese over the top.

Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
