LEMON SUPREME 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil

ICING:

1/2 box confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and Crisco. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool cake and make icing. Mix together confectioners' sugar, butter and lemon juice and spread on cooled cake.
