LEMON SUPREME CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
3 lg. eggs
Juice of 1 lemon with water added to make 3/4 c. liquid
Grated lemon zest off lemon
3/4 c. oil

Grease and flour a tube, Bundt or 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in bowl and blend thoroughly. Add oil and beat at medium speed 2-3 minutes. Add lemon liquid gradually. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon zest and lemon Jello package. Blend well. Place batter in pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Glaze: Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with juice of 2 lemons, blend well and drizzle over warm cake.

Serves 8-10.
