SUPREME LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, one at a time, well beaten
1 c. apricot or peach nectar

Mix all cake ingredients until well mixed. Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of one lemon

Mix sugar and lemon juice well and spoon glaze on top of cake while it is hot.
