LEMON SUPREME CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. apricot nectar
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, one at a time

Mix all ingredients together except for eggs. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. While cake is hot, spread with grated rind and juice of 1 lemon with 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar.
