CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. low fat milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, diced
1/3 c. scallions
1 lb. cubed, sliced chicken
Fettuccine
Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan

Saute chicken, onions, mushrooms in pan with butter; take out. Stir in pan with butter, flour and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until thickened. Add Swiss or cheddar to taste. Add in green onions, chicken and mushrooms. Put in casserole, stir together with cooked fettuccine. Put Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
