EASY CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 c. spaghetti (broken into 2 inch pieces)
Frying size chicken, cooked and de-boned
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. chicken broth (more if needed)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese (grated, with 1/2 c. set aside)

Cut chicken into pieces, and add mushrooms, bell pepper, pimento, onion, soup, broth, salt, and pepper. Cook spaghetti; drain and add to mixture. Add all but 1/2 cup of the cheese and mix well. Pour into a baking dish, and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
