EASY CHICKEN TETRAZZINI QUICK
AND GOOD
 
1/2 pkg. fine noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 jar Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 to 3 c. shredded chicken
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sherry

Boil noodles. Combine noodles, soup, cheese, mushrooms and chicken in bowl. Stir in sour cream. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Before serving, stir in sherry and some more cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
