MINIATURE FRUIT CAKES 
1 lb. chopped dates
1/3 lb. candied cherries
4 slices candied pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
1 can coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour in miniature cupcake papers (foil). Serves 50.
