1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. nuts, chopped

Heat first 4 ingredients; boil 1 1/2 minutes. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
