TIFFANY'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) lite or reg. whipped topping
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 oz.) strawberry low-fat yogurt
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together the fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add yogurt, whipped topping and sour cream and mix well. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Refrigerate before serving. Then enjoy!!
