SAUTEED OKRA AND TOMATO 
3/4 c. sliced okra
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. 100% corn oil
Salt to taste
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. tomatoes, fresh (canned or whole, crushed)

Saute okra, onion and garlic in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add tomato and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes.
