DIET CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
4 whole green chiles, canned, split open
6 oz. cooked turkey
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
4 oz. grated cheese, divided
1 egg, separated
1/8 tsp. flour
1/2 can tomato and green chiles
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Place whole green chiles on bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix meat and taco seasoning. Pour over chiles. Sprinkle on 2 ounces of cheese. Beat egg white until stiff; fold in yolk and flour. Spread over cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Boil tomatoes and green chiles and garlic powder. Pour over yolk mixture. Top with remaining 2 ounces of cheese. Bake until cheese melts on top.
