1 tall can tomato juice
1 tall can water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cubes beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. bell pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 med. head cabbage

Sweeten to taste. I use 5 packets of Sweet 'n Low. Salt and pepper to taste.
