NOODLES & SAUSAGE 
1 pkg. Polish sausage
1 pkg. noodles
1 can creamed-style corn
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery

Cook noodles, drain, saute onions and celery in 2 tablespoons butter until tender on low heat; mix sour cream, corn, celery, onions to noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Pour in a long Pyrex baking dish. Cut sausage in serving pieces, place across Pyrex. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sausage gets hot. Serve with green salad. Push sausage halfway down in noodles.
