BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
4 level tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. thick buttermilk
1 tsp. BLAIR almond flavoring

Melt butter. Sift flour with sugar and add eggs, salt, buttermilk and flavoring. Mix all well and pour into an uncooked deep-dish pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
