CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted in 2 1/2 qt. casserole
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix together all ingredients, except cheese, and put in buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until well done (40-45 minutes) and brown on top.
