STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lg. pkg. lg. mushrooms, fresh, chop stems
1-2 green onions, chopped fine
1 piece sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
Sm. pinch Italian herbs

Mix ingredients. Melt 1/4 cup butter with dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into mushroom caps. Pour remaining into first mixture. Blend. Put stuffing into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through.
