1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. Heinz tomato catsup
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients, form into an 8x4x2 inch loaf shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6 to 8 people.
