SPICED BUTTERS FOR VEGETABLES 
3 tsp. onion powder

Serve over spinach, green beans, potatoes, carrots, corn, beets, green lima beans.

3 tsp. ground basil

Serve over parsnips, turnips, green peas, potatoes, beets, green beans or corn.

3 tsp. curry powder

Serve over carrots, potatoes, corn, celery, onions or green lima beans.

3 tsp. ground nutmeg

Serve over carrots, green beans, spinach, parsnips, squash, onions, sweet potatoes or green limas.

3 tsp. chili powder

Serve over corn, onions, turnips, green beans, parsnips, carrots or green lima beans.

3 tsp. crumbled rosemary, thyme or sage

Serve over onions, celery, corn, peas, green lima beans or green beans.

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Serve over turnips, green beans, beets or parsnips.

3 tsp. powdered dry mustard

Serve over turnips, onions, cabbage, or cauliflower.

Choose a spice of your choice and mix well with 1 pound of butter and serve on vegetables.
