BAKED GOUDA CHEESE 
1 sm. gouda cheese, room temperature
Dijon mustard
1 egg white
4 Pillsbury crescent rolls (unbaked)

1. Place roll dough together to form a rectangle on well greased piece of foil.

2. Place cheese on dough and spread well with mustard.

3. Seal dough around cheese using egg white to help seal. Brush top well with egg white.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

5. Serve warm with crackers and extra Dijon.
