TANGY HOT POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes
4 slices diced bacon
2 celery stalks
1 med. onion
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. red vinegar
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Boil and cut potatoes. Cook and drain bacon, reserve bacon grease cooking celery and onion in it. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT cooked bacon. Heat to boiling, reduce and simmer 5 minutes. Pour hot dressing on potatoes and mix, add bacon and gently toss.
