SASSY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt
9 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion
4 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix meatball ingredients. Place meatballs in single layer in ungreased glass dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Pour sauce mixture over meatballs and bake additional 1 hour. Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen meatballs.
