HARVEST POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Topping: 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

Combine all ingredients in a 13"x9" baking dish. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
