APPLE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 chicken breasts, halved
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. apple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples with juice

Combine flour, salt, pepper in a plastic bag. Place 2 pieces of chicken and shake; repeat until all is coated.

Melt butter in large skillet. Add breasts and cook on medium, 5-8 minutes until brown.

Combine juices and honey; mix well and pour over chicken. Turn to coat and add sliced apple. Serve on platter and drizzle drippings on top.
