2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked and drained (I prefer chopped spinach)
1 can artichokes (packed in water, not oil)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream

Cut up artichokes. Saute onions in butter while spinach is cooking. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
