HAWAIIAN BAKED CHICKEN 57 
1 (8 to 8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
Salt and pepper

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid with 57 sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in 7 1/2 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour on sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken during the last 5-10 minutes of baking time. Makes 4 servings.
