ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs and milk. Add salt and sugar; stir. Add flour. Dough should be thin. Add more milk if needed. Heat rosette irons in hot oil. Return to hot oil. Dough will drop off iron then turn to brown. Roll in powdered sugar.
