CHEESY HOMINY GRITS 
1 1/2 c. hominy grits
6 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cubes butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced, broken in pieces
4 whole eggs, slightly beaten
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bring grits, salt and water to low boil and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients while still on stove to melt butter and cheese. Add eggs last, stirring until all mixed well. Pour into buttered Pyrex bowl. Bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
