SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 c. evaporated milk

Mash squash; add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
