CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine in sifter the flour, salt, cocoa and soda; set aside. Cream butter, sugar and oil until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Alternately. Beat well. Stir in zucchini.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
