CORN SOUFFLE | |
1 can creamed corn 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in flour, then add corn, sugar, salt, pepper, egg and milk. Mix thoroughly. Put mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour until done. |
