WILD RICE HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper, and celery. Soak wild rice overnight and drain well. Stir in soup. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with almond sauce; spoon over when served.

Almond Sauce: Heat 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can water. Add 1 package slivered almonds and 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms. Serves 10.
