SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH SAUSAGE 
6 lbs. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
3/4 tsp. dill seed
3/4 tsp. mustard seed
Milk according to desired thickness
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 med. chopped onion
2 lbs. smoked sausage, sliced

Peel potatoes, slice 1/2 inch thick. Boil for 10 minutes; drain. Mix in large broiling pan everything but milk and potatoes. Mix well. Add potatoes; mix well. Add enough milk to fill pan 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Should cover with foil at least first 30 minutes.
