SAUSAGE-POTATO ROUND-UP 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. instant scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In skillet brown sausage; drain. In large bowl, combine sausage and contents of package of potatoes.

Drain tomatoes, reserving the liquid. Add tomatoes to sausage-potato mixture. Put into large baking dish.

Complete preparation of the potatoes according to box substituting the reserved tomato liquid for mix, omitting butter. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
