THREE KINGS EASTER BREAD | |
1 lb. butter 2 c. sugar 6 eggs, separated 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. white raisins Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour and baking powder, then gradually add alternately with raisins, stirring well. Beat egg whites; fold in well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
