SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
White cake mix
2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen coconut (thawed)
Cool Whip

Bake cake mix in 2 layers. Let cool and split. Mix sugar, sour cream and frozen coconut. Reserve 1 cup of the above mixture and spread rest of mixture between split cake layers. Mix reserved cup of mixture with 2 cups thawed Cool Whip. Ice cake. Let set in refrigerator in closed container for 3 to 4 days.
