1 can water chestnuts, whole
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in thirds

Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. chili sauce

Stir sauce and pour over chestnuts and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
